Social mako has an excellent customer support team. They reply late (Mostly in 6-7 hours) but they do help you with everything.
I contacted them a couple of times and they were able to solve my queries.
You can communicate with their support team through email and the in-app chat option.
Areas of Improvement
Social Mako is a comparitively new tool and hence it makes sense that it needs some improvement as well.
Some areas where it could be improved is:
- More social media platforms
- Advanced analytics for each post and audience insights
- Ability to schedule Twitter threads
- Mobile Apps
But they have a roadmap and they are continuously adding new features each month.
As I mentioned, they have a roadmap in which they mention the features that are under development, already developed, and on hold, etc.
You can also request for a feature that you want to be developed.
They are already planning to release the mobile apps in the 3rd quarter of 2020 and I’m eagerly waiting for it.
The title of this post already suggests that Social Mako is one of the most affordable social media scheduling tools in the market.
They have four plans i.e starter (Free), pro, agency and a lifetime deal.
But you can get the lifetime Pro deal for just $49 from here. This is the same deal that I got and I don’t regret it for a moment.
Overall, Social Mako is a great all-in-one social media management tool and you won’t regret getting this tool.
