If you’re running a blog or an online business then managing multiple social media accounts can be a pain in the a*s.

You have to be present on multiple social media platforms, engage, keep coming up with ideas to post about, and tracking your performance as well.

And if you’re new, then hiring a social media manager is also not an option.

And if you’re like me who likes to manage their social media themselves because you want to share your own knowledge with the world and truly connect with the people, then also a social media manager is not an option.

Then, what should you do?

How can you make it extremely easy to manage your social media?

By investing in a good social media scheduling tool.

And no, I’m not talking about those “popular” scheduling tools whose only purpose is to dry your pockets out. Yes, they do their job, but they’re not very beginner-friendly.

I’m talking about a tool called Social Mako, which I have been using for more than a couple of months now and I absolutely love it.

Not only it’s extremely affordable, but equally powerful and saves me a lot of time & hassle.

Let’s see what Social Mako has for you and how you can use it to your advantage!

What is Social Mako?

Social Mako is an all-in-one powerful social media scheduling tool packed with awesome features at a very affordable rate.

It is a cloud-based social media management tool which was founded in 2018 and is based in the United States.

Since it is an all-in-one social media management tool which means that you can create, design, schedule & analyze your social media content at one place.

With Social Mako, you don’t have to worry about your budget or managing social media anymore.

Key Features of Social Mako

This awesome tool has so many great features that you’d actually enjoy managing your social media. Plus, they’re continuously adding new features as well.

Social Media Platforms

Currently, there are 5 social media platforms that you can manage with Social Mako.

These platforms are: Facebook (Groups + Pages), Instagram, LinkedIn, Google My Business, and Twitter. They’ll be adding more platforms in time.

I use it to manage my Facebook group (Make sure to Join it!) and Twitter account.

Ability to Design Within The Tool itself

You can create eye-catching graphics directly from the Social Mako platform because of its partnership with DesignBold.

It also comes with a huge stock library of images that you can use to create content and add directly into any post from the platform itself.

It’s like getting 2 tools in 1.

I don’t use this feature much because I prefer to use Canva and Adobe softwares for designing.

Analytics to track performance

Social Mako has an advanced analytics tool i.e. Mako Analyzer that can help you to understand how your content helps to grow your brand on Instagram.

You can easily track key performance stats like follower growth, engagement rate, top hashtags and mentions, future projections based on historical data, and much more.

You can even use this tool to spy on your competitors and export the data in PDFs as well.

Adding Team members/clients

If you’re a social media manager, then Social Mako also has a great feature that allows you to add team members & clients.

Your clients can approve the posts before they go live.

Some additional Social Mako features

Here are some other cool features that you’d love:

  • Captions: You can save captions and use them again and again in your posts.
  • Cross platform posting: You can also post on all the social media platforms simultaneously. How time-saving would this be?
  • Frequency Posting: You can schedule to post the same content again & again after an interval time of time. I use this feature to scheule my Facebook group threads.
  • Instagram live streaming: You can also post or schedule pre recorded videos and stream them live on Instagram.
  • Manage messages & add comments: You can also manage your DMs and add the first comment in your posts. Very useful for adding hashtags.

Customer support

Social mako has an excellent customer support team. They reply late (Mostly in 6-7 hours) but they do help you with everything.

I contacted them a couple of times and they were able to solve my queries.

You can communicate with their support team through email and the in-app chat option.

Areas of Improvement

Social Mako is a comparitively new tool and hence it makes sense that it needs some improvement as well.

Some areas where it could be improved is:

  • More social media platforms
  • Advanced analytics for each post and audience insights
  • Ability to schedule Twitter threads
  • Mobile Apps

But they have a roadmap and they are continuously adding new features each month.

As I mentioned, they have a roadmap in which they mention the features that are under development, already developed, and on hold, etc.

You can also request for a feature that you want to be developed.

They are already planning to release the mobile apps in the 3rd quarter of 2020 and I’m eagerly waiting for it.

The title of this post already suggests that Social Mako is one of the most affordable social media scheduling tools in the market.

They have four plans i.e starter (Free), pro, agency and a lifetime deal.

But you can get the lifetime Pro deal for just $49 from here. This is the same deal that I got and I don’t regret it for a moment.

Final Words

Overall, Social Mako is a great all-in-one social media management tool and you won’t regret getting this tool.

It’s so easy to use that you’ll fall in love it.
